Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup — full refund. Between 72 and 24 hours: 50% charge. Within 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us: full refund or free rebooking.

A 30% deposit secures your date via bank transfer or Stripe. The balance is paid in IDR cash to your driver on the day, or via Wise / Revolut for international cards. We do not store credit card details.

Complimentary pickup from Ubud, Sanur, Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran. A surcharge of IDR 200K–400K applies for Uluwatu, Amed, Lovina, or Candidasa — we confirm the exact amount at booking.

Light cotton clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a hat. For temple visits: covered shoulders and a sarong (we provide sarongs at every temple). Bring modest cash (IDR 300–500K) for optional purchases and a light jacket for the AC vehicle.

Recommended for ages 12 and above. The route involves 2–3 km of walking, some uneven terrain at the rice terraces, and stairs at the temples. Not advised for pregnant travellers in the third trimester, or those with severe mobility limitations. Child booster seats are available on request.

April through October (dry season) offers the clearest skies and best photo light. November to March brings short tropical showers — the tour still runs, we simply adjust timing and route. Early morning pickup (08:00) is recommended during the wet season.

A curated Balinese lunch in Ubud is included — vegetarian, vegan, halal, and gluten-free options are available with 48-hour notice. Mineral water and local snacks are provided throughout the day.

Yes. Adding stops such as Tirta Empul, Campuhan Ridge Walk, or a Ubud yoga class is welcome at no extra planning fee. Hourly extension is IDR 150K per hour. Tell your driver in the morning — flexibility is our signature.

All entrance fees for the stops on the itinerary are included (Monkey Forest, Tegalalang, Tampak Siring, Penglipuran). Tips for your driver are discretionary and appreciated — IDR 50K–100K per guest is the local norm for a full-day tour.

The tour runs in light rain — we adjust the route order to keep indoor or covered stops first and carry umbrellas for you. In heavy tropical downpours, we pause at a local warung and continue once it eases. Your safety is always the priority.

Subject to vehicle availability, yes — message us on WhatsApp before 07:00 and we can usually confirm by 08:30. A 10% last-minute surcharge applies for bookings within 6 hours of pickup.

This is a fully private tour — only your group travels in the vehicle. The driver doubles as your local guide (English-speaking). If you would like a separate licensed tour guide for deeper cultural commentary, we can arrange one for an additional IDR 350K.
